Standard delivery costs £8.95 plus VAT. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £150.
For order before 3pm delivery is approx 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
For order before 3pm delivery is approx 10 working days (Monday to Friday). So about 2 weeks. If you need an order quicker than that, please get in touch.
Upload your logo on the CHECKOUT page near the top where you will see a clear logo upload button. This will then apply the logo setup charge to your total.
To ensure you are charged correctly please select ‘logo embroidery’ on the product page prior to adding to cart.
Yes, for all logo orders we provide a FREE visual mockup of your order for approval. We don’t usually provide mockups for text embroidery orders, though if you contact us after ordering we will be happy to do so.
If you would like to change your order please contact us asap, orders can be amended providing they have not already been customised.
Returns are accepted for plain items if received back within 20 days. We are unable to accept returns for personalised items.
Yes! If you have a large team and are looking to bulk order items (usually 30+) then please contact us and we can provide a quotation.
Yes we do! Once we have your PO we can process the order accordingly, and issue an invoice upon delivery of the goods.
